Consents that match how ART actually works
Pre-loaded ART consent templates — IVF, ICSI, donor sperm, donor egg, embryo freezing, PGT-A/M, surrogacy — generated from the patient chart, signed on a tablet in-clinic or remotely on the MedX app, with witness signatures captured from patient, partner, embryologist and witness on the same form. Every signed consent carries a tamper-evident audit hash and stays attached to the cycle in the MRD.
- ✓Templates: IVF, ICSI, donor gametes, embryo freeze, PGT, surrogacy
- ✓Four-party signing — patient, partner, embryologist, witness
- ✓Tamper-evident audit hash on every signed copy
- ✓Stored against the cycle, exportable for registry audits

Summaries auto-built from the chart
Operative notes, discharge summaries, ovarian-stimulation summaries, embryo-transfer summaries and cryo-preservation summaries are auto-drafted from the underlying records — STIM sheet, OPU log, embryology, billing. Doctors review, edit and sign; nothing is re-typed.
- ✓Operative notes for OPU, ET, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy
- ✓One-click discharge summary with follow-up plan
- ✓Cryo-preservation / ET / stimulation summaries built from source data
- ✓Per-patient consumption traceable via the Pharmacy module

Every cycle, every outcome, one timeline
Past and present cycles for the patient sit on a single timeline — protocol, outcome, frozen gametes / embryos in stock, signed consents on file. Counsellors planning the next cycle don't have to rebuild the picture from a stack of files.
- ✓Every cycle (IUI / IVF / FET / donor) on one timeline
- ✓Cryo stock visible alongside cycle history
- ✓All signed consents indexed against the right cycle
- ✓Registry-ready exports per cycle

Common Questions
What does the MRD module cover?
MRD (Medical Records Department) is the records spine of MedART — patient history, consent generation and storage, operative notes, discharge summaries, cryo-preservation / embryo-transfer / ovarian-stimulation summaries, doctor and nursing round notes, and treatment-cycle tracking. Everything a paper file used to hold, structured and searchable.
How does Digital Consent E-Signing work in MedART?
Consents are generated from pre-loaded ART templates (IVF, ICSI, donor sperm, donor egg, embryo freezing, PGT, surrogacy), signed in-clinic on a tablet or remotely on the patient app, and stored with a tamper-evident audit hash. Witness sign-off can be captured from patient, partner, embryologist and witness on the same form.
Are consents and summaries exportable for ESHRE / SART / DHA registries?
Yes. MRD exports cycle summaries, consent metadata and clinical records in formats aligned with ESHRE, SART, DHA, KARM and ICMR/NAR registry templates. The same source-of-truth feeds dashboards and registry exports — no duplicate entry.
Where does per-patient medication consumption live?
Per-patient medication and consumable consumption is tracked in the Pharmacy module and auto-billed through Billing. The MRD chart links straight into Pharmacy so the record is one click away from the consumption history.
How are old paper records brought in during go-live?
During the 4–8 week go-live, the implementation team handles structured data migration for prior cycles and bulk-uploads scanned legacy documents against the patient record. From day one, every new note is digital and searchable.
