What's the difference between Administration and the AI & Analytics module?
Administration is the operational management layer — MIS reports, KPI / KRA, finance, packages, Activity Board. AI & Analytics is the deeper analytics surface — Maribor clinical KPIs, Vienna embryology KPIs, predictive dashboards and registry-ready exports (ESHRE, SART, DHA, KARM, PSRM, ICMR/NAR). Same underlying data, different audiences.
Can packages be configured per clinic or per region?
Yes. Treatment packages can be customised per branch and per time period — different pricing for Dubai vs Almaty, seasonal offers, package upgrades mid-cycle. Patients see their assigned package in the MedX app with what's in and out of scope.
How granular are the KPI / KRA dashboards?
KPIs roll up at clinic, department and individual-role level. KRAs are configured per role (e.g. embryologist, counsellor, scheduler) with target / actual / trend and a time horizon — quarterly, annual. Leaders can drill from the network view all the way to a single role-holder.
