Senior IVF Consultant
Lead clinical conversations with fertility clinics rolling out MedART — translate IVF workflows into product configuration and best practices.
What you'll do
- Run discovery and configuration workshops with IVF clinicians and embryologists across 25+ countries
- Map clinic STIM, OPU, ET, embryology and andrology protocols into MedART modules
- Partner with the product team on roadmap inputs from real-world ART practice
- Mentor implementation consultants on IVF clinical depth
What we look for
- MBBS / MD / clinical embryology background with 8+ years in an IVF clinic or fertility network
- Hands-on familiarity with IVF EMRs, embryology lab workflows, and ART registries
- Confident communicating with medical directors, lab heads and clinic owners

Be the on-the-ground voice of Meddilink for clinics across Dubai and Abu Dhabi — own day-to-day support, Nabidh and Malaffi queries, and clinic-level adoption.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary point of contact for UAE-based clinics using MedART and MedX
- Resolve support tickets and coordinate with engineering for escalations
- Train clinical and reception teams on new modules and releases
- Liaise with Nabidh (DHA) and Malaffi (DOH) on integration queries
- Track satisfaction, churn risk, and expansion signals across the regional book
What we look for
- 3+ years in customer support or customer success for a healthcare / SaaS product
- UAE residency with valid work eligibility
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus

Build the AI layer powering MedAI Scribe, MedXbot, and embryo-selection assistance — production NLP and computer vision on a real clinical dataset.
What you'll do
- Design and ship features for MedAI Scribe (clinical voice-to-text) and MedXbot (90+ language chatbot)
- Train, evaluate and deploy NLP / LLM pipelines on IVF clinical text
- Collaborate with embryologists to refine embryo grading and time-lapse vision models
- Own model monitoring, drift detection, and patient-data safeguards

- 4+ years in applied ML / NLP, ideally with production LLM or speech systems
- Strong Python (PyTorch / Transformers / FastAPI) and cloud deployment experience

What you'll do
- Build outbound motion into IVF clinics across Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam
- Localise pitch and pricing for medical-tourism and multi-clinic operators
- Coordinate with regional partners and association events (MSRM, PSRM, IAIVF)
- Lead first 5–10 SEA deals and lay the foundation for a regional team

Own demand generation, brand and content for Meddilink globally — partner directly with the founders on positioning across UAE, SEA, and emerging markets.
What you'll do
- Build and run the global demand-gen engine across SEO, paid, events and ABM
- Shape regional positioning for UAE, SEA, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Africa
- Lead a small content + design pod producing whitepapers, case studies and product launches

Do you sponsor work visas?
For UAE-based roles we hire candidates with existing UAE residency. For India roles we hire candidates with the right to work in India. For senior leadership roles we evaluate sponsorship on a case-by-case basis.
Is remote work allowed?
Most engineering, AI and marketing roles are remote-friendly with quarterly meet-ups at our Udaipur HQ. Sales and customer-success roles are typically based in-region (Dubai for UAE, SEA hubs for South-East Asia).
What is the interview process?
A short recruiter call, a domain conversation with a hiring manager, a take-home or live exercise, and a final conversation with leadership. End-to-end usually takes 2–3 weeks.
